How we got here
Bringing the best Piadina Romagnola to Byron Bay . Alfonso, also know as Fonzie, have over 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry serving up top food and service. The first Piadina shop in Cervia was started by him and his brother Matteo in 1998 Matteo still owns and operates with his wife Vanessa La Romagnola Piadina. Then Fonzie moved to Australia, where with his wife Chiara opened up Shaana Cafe in iconic beach of Yallingup. The most popular item/meal was la PIADINA WRAP. After running it successfully for 9 years the couple follow their dream and moved to Byron Bay.
